Sisbell Lou Nebulis IX

Sisbell Lou Nebulis IX is a princess of the Nebulis Sovereignty, ranking just below her older sisters Aliceliese and Elletear in the royal line. She carries a rare power called Lamplight, a kind of psychic replay ability that lets her see into real events from up to two hundred years in the past within a few kilometers of where she stands, as long as she touches an object connected to them.

Before the story properly begins, Sisbell was captured and held by the Heavenly Empire until Iska, then still a soldier of that same Empire, freed her. The rescue left a deep impression on her: she struggled to understand why a soldier treated as a disgraced traitor by his own side would risk himself for an enemy princess, and she initially underestimated him, assuming his low rank meant he could not be very strong. Once free, she set out to track down her 'dream knight,' only to be captured again, this time by a masked enemy called Lord Mask.

By the end of that ordeal, Sisbell has clearly developed real feelings for Iska, to the point that she and her sister Alice end up quietly competing for his attention, with Sisbell arguing he would make the perfect match for whichever of them eventually becomes queen. She also relies heavily on her elderly butler, Schwartz, who has served and protected her for years.
