Rupa

Rupa is the bass player of the band Togenashi Togeari in GIRLS BAND CRY. She lost her parents, and she has faced unfair treatment because her father was South Asian and her mother was Japanese. Like Tomo, she dreams of playing at the Budokan, a famous concert hall in Tokyo.

Others see Rupa as gentle, modest and very talented. She has an eye for art and thinks clearly. She also has weak points. When she sets a goal, she can focus so hard that she forgets everything else.

Before joining the band she made music with Tomo Ebizuka in a Vocaloid duo called Beni-Shouga. Vocaloid is software that sings with a computer voice. Now she plays with Nina Iseri, Momoka Kawaragi and Subaru Awa.
