Momoka Kawaragi

Momoka Kawaragi is the lead guitarist and leader of the band Togenashi Togeari in GIRLS BAND CRY. She is from Asahikawa in Hokkaido. Before the story starts, she played in the idol rock band Diamond Dust, but she left after fights over how the music should be made. After that she played on the street alone.

Momoka is calm, kind and easy to talk to. She often acts like a dependable older student who looks after the younger members.

She was close to quitting music when she met Nina Iseri by chance. Nina's strong will gave Momoka new energy. She then helped build a new band with Subaru Awa, Tomo Ebizuka and Rupa. Her past with Diamond Dust, which includes Rin, is an important part of her story.
