Mohammed Avdol

Mohammed Avdol is a fortune teller from Cairo, Egypt, and one of the earliest allies Jotaro Kujo gains in Stardust Crusaders, the third arc of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure. He is one of the first people to recognize Jotaro's growing power and helps explain this strange new force, both to Jotaro and to the group traveling with him.

Avdol is warm, wise, and deeply protective of his younger companions, often acting as a steadying, parental presence within the traveling group. His Stand, a fighting spirit called Magician's Red, can summon rings of fire shaped like ankhs and unleash powerful flame-based attacks, making him one of the group's strongest fighters even before Jotaro fully understands his own power.

Partway through the journey to confront Dio Brando, Avdol is ambushed by two enemy Stand users and is believed to have died from his wounds. In truth he survives in hiding, secretly recovering so he can rejoin the group later at a crucial moment. His return is short-lived: in a later battle, he gives his life protecting Jean-Pierre Polnareff and the group's dog from a powerful enemy, a final act of self-sacrifice that cements Avdol as one of the story's most selfless characters.
