Mare Bello Fiore

Mare Bello Fiore guards the Sixth Floor of the Great Tomb of Nazarick alongside his twin sister, Aura, and the two make a striking contrast: where Aura is loud and full of energy, Mare is shy, quiet, and easily embarrassed. He is a Dark Elf who often dresses and presents himself as a girl, something that adds to his gentle, unassuming image around the rest of Nazarick.

That shyness, though, hides real danger. Mare specializes in Druid magic and can reshape the earth itself to devastating effect when a fight actually calls for it, making him just as capable as the guardians who look far more intimidating on the surface. Momonga treats Mare and Aura almost like his own children, a kindness that means a great deal to both of them given how isolated their lives inside Nazarick can otherwise be.

Mare and Aura were both created by the same guild member, Bukubukuchagama, and their close sibling bond is said to echo the real relationship she shared with her own brother back when their guild was still active in the game world. That history quietly shapes how devoted the twins remain to each other and to the memory of the creators who built Nazarick.
