Weather Report

Weather Report is a prisoner Jolyne Cujoh meets inside Green Dolphin Street Prison during Stone Ocean, the sixth arc of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure. When Jolyne first meets him, he has no memory of his own past, not even his real name, because his identity was deliberately wiped away.

It is later revealed that Weather Report is actually the twin brother of the prison's warden, Enrico Pucci, raised separately under a different name. Pucci himself erased his brother's memories out of guilt and fear over what Weather Report might do if he remembered the truth. Once his memories slowly return, Weather Report becomes quiet, bitter, and consumed with a need to confront the brother who stole his life from him.

His Stand, a fighting spirit called Heavy Weather, gives him control over the weather around him, including a disturbing ability to transform other people into harmless garden snails. He becomes a steady ally to Jolyne Kuujou and her friends as they race to stop Pucci's plan, even though the fight eventually costs him his life. In a final twist, the disc holding his Stand power becomes the key tool that Emporio Alnino uses to finally bring Pucci down, meaning Weather Report's sacrifice is what ultimately decides the whole conflict.
