Pole Princess!! Movie

Pole Princess!! Movie is the film follow-up to the CG anime Pole Princess!!, made by Tatsunoko Production with Avex Pictures. It was set for release in Japan on November 23, 2023. The same director, Hitomi Ezoe, and the same writer, Touko Machida, from the series are credited on the film. Tomari designed the original characters. Yoshihiro Otobe is the CG director, and Kenta Higashiohji wrote the music. The pole dance supervisor is KAORI of STUDIO TRANSFORM.

The series was a short web show that ran on YouTube from December 2022 to April 2023. In it, a 17-year-old girl named Hinano Hoshikita discovers pole dancing. She wants to save her grandmother's planetarium, which is a building for watching the stars. She learns the sport and joins a small dance school with other girls. Pole dancing is a sport where dancers spin and climb on a tall pole, using strength and balance.

The movie moves the story to a bigger stage. Hinano and her friends compete in the Pole Dance Japan Cup. This is a contest where dancers from different teams show what they have learned. The film gives the characters a chance to face their rivals in front of a crowd. The voice cast returns. Rio Tsuchiya plays Hinano. Anna Suzuki voices Lilia Saijo, Yui Ogura voices Mio Tosaka, and Minami Hinata voices Subaru Nanyo. Other voices include Yoshino Nanjou, Rina Hidaka, Saori Hayami, and Rie Kugimiya, who plays the teacher Azumi Shinou.
