As a Reincarnated Aristocrat, I'll Use My Appraisal Skill to Rise in the World returns for a third season in fall 2026. The series is based on a light novel by Miraijin A with art by Jimmy, published by Kodansha since July 2020. (A light novel is a short Japanese novel with some anime-style pictures.) Kodansha USA publishes the novels and the manga version in English. The first anime season aired in spring 2024 from studio MOTHER, and a second season followed. For season three, the company GeyeG Pictures took over the animation work, which was announced on September 4, 2026, but the same staff stayed on the project. The new season premiered on September 27, 2026, on the Agaru Anime block in Japan, with new episodes on Sundays. Crunchyroll streams it in most of the world outside East Asia. This is an isekai story. "Isekai" means "another world." In these stories, a person from our world is born again, or pulled, into a fantasy land. Here, a Japanese office worker dies and wakes up as a baby named Ars Louvent. Ars is born as the heir to a noble family, so one day he will rule his family's land. He also has a special power: the appraisal skill. When he looks at someone, he can see their hidden talents and what kind of work they would be best at. That power becomes the heart of the show. Ars is not a mighty fighter, and he does not win by swinging a sword. Instead, he wins by finding the right people. He picks out gifted men and women that others overlooked and invites them to serve him. Rietz Muses is a strong and loyal warrior. Charlotte Wraith is a powerful mage, or magic user, with a wild personality. Rosell Kischa is a smart strategist who helps plan battles. Lycia Plaid is a kind and clever young noble who becomes Ars's wife and partner. Together they form a team where each person shines in their own area. The world around them is not peaceful. The empire that Ars's family belongs to is split by a fight over who should hold power next. Nobles pick sides, armies march, and small houses like Ars's must make careful choices to survive. So the story is less about monsters and more about kingdom management: running a territory, making alliances, handling money and food, and leading people in war. Season three continues Ars's rise as the struggle for power goes on, and the stakes for his land and his people keep growing. The show has a calm, steady tone. It is a good match for viewers who like smart planning, politics, and a hero who is gentle and fair rather than loud and all-powerful. It also shows the idea that every person has value when they are put in the right place.
